“Art is not what you see, but what you make others see”.–Edgar Degas
The art of photography has a strong impact to enrich the aesthetic sensibilities among people. Photography creates a rich visual culture through the portrayal of people, their lives, their customs, human feelings and emotions, demography, and wildlives. A photograph is a production of strong imagination, deep artistic sense, situational intelligence and craftsmanship of a photographer. A photograph delights, teaches and opens up the horizon of exploration of the known and unknown world and ideas. New Image Club is dedicated to nurture and promote the art of photography for the sake of an aesthetically healthy nation.
New Image Club is a photographic club in Itarsi, a city in Madhya Pradesh, India. The club started its journey in 2010 under the guidance and active cooperation of Mr Chitrangad Kumar of Exhibition Chairman Wildlife Photography Association of India (WPAI). Since our origin, we have been engaged in different photography related to events like salons and circuits throughout the year. Every year, we conduct a print photography exhibition and a digital show under the guidance of Mr Chitrangad Kumar. Presently we are organising events under the affiliation of world photography giants like Photography Society of America (PSA), Wildlife Photography Association of India (WPAI), Federation of Indian Photography (FIP) In the near future we are planning to collaborate with more national and global societies of photography. Apart from salons and circuits, we have plans to organise events like workshops, photowalks, photo tours, symposiums, Seminars/webinars etc for the promotion of the art of photography.
